           <p>On October 25, 2019, Clough Capital Partners L.P. (“Clough Capital” or the “Firm”) announced that Partner and Portfolio Manager Michael J. Hearle was promoted to Chief Executive Officer and Co-Chief Investment Officer of the Firm. Mike succeeds Charles “Chuck” I. Clough, Jr. as CEO, who remains the Chairman of the Firm and will also serve together with Mike as a Co-Chief Investment Officer of the Firm.</p>
<p>Mike began his career 26 years ago at Merrill Lynch &amp; Co., embarking on a successful career in alternative asset management. Mike joined Clough Capital Partners in 2012 to head the Firm’s healthcare investment efforts, launched the Firm’s late stage healthcare venture investment activities in 2014 and was promoted to Partner in 2015. Mike has served as a Portfolio Manager or co-Portfolio Manager on several of the Firm’s investment vehicles, commencing in 2016.</p>
